Personal consult to include Dosha description and analysis. Also includes asana/pranayama recommendations including posture and breathing practices to nourish current state of balance. Can also include Dinacharya recommendations which are daily routines that invite you to live in the present moment and in harmony with nature. Consultations also offer nutrition support including a list of foods/beverages that may assist in balancing the current state of being.
